dear credit safe worker BR you are lost the point that your sales staff are incredibly rude if they dint get the response they want. maybe they should go through customer focused training and learn to be polite and courteous and understand that not everyone wants or needs your service. i picture the turnover of staff is through the roof. BR BR perhaps you should utilize your time and go for training instead of trawling the web for awful press and trying to mop upwards actual peoples opinions. you just create the business look desperate when doing this. i expect your promotion department could how this looks also.

phone number is Scottish power. changed to ova and Scottish power sent final gas but not electrical bill and now telephone me today.BR BR told the individual id not received the electrical bill but still try to charge me. a joke given i spent over an hour inside one form or another last Tuesday phoning Sp up to try and sort the bill and query exactly why they hadn't sent the electrical bill. they blamed ova saying they were withholding the closing meter reading which is rubbish as i supplied them both with it at the same lumber BR Scottish power customer services are particularity rubbish top trick if you want to get through to a person ring their sales team the change to Sp choice they picked upwards after one ring anything else will result inside minutes of being on hold.
